My current art practice focuses on experimenting with a range of printmaking techniques, including screen printing, etching, relief, photopolymer and mono-printing. Much of my work stems from carefully observed natural environments, which I photograph and then reinterpret through print to develop a body of work.
My love of architecture and the history of the built environment also emerges throughout my practice. I am drawn to layering forms and referencing pattern and colour, while seeking to evoke the particular atmosphere and sense of place associated with the environments that inspire me. These are presented in both two dimensional formats and three dimensional installations.
